Yep, the majority of our management plans include website edits and changes done at your request. If you need us to change pictures, modify text, edit your design, add pages, update your menu, and more. All of our plans include a dedicated webmaster who’s on-call to complete your requests and provide personal one-on-one support. The only plan that does not include website edits done for you is our managed hosting plan.
Nope – you don’t have to change anything. You can keep your website hosting, domain name, domain registrar, and everything just the way it is. All you’re doing is granting us access so we can help.
Nope! There is no contract for our management plans. Our services are truly month-to-month so you can cancel or resume at anytime. You simply agree to our terms & conditions. Just let us know if you have any questions or if something doesn’t make sense.
Our client portal is the best way to send us your tasks and requests. Our portal gives you access to our ticketing system. Whenever a request comes in, we are notified and your ticket gets placed in queue. Every plan comes with access to our in-house ticketing system.
Our management service isn’t just for content changes or design edits. We also include regular daily website maintenance as a part of the service. This means we’ll make sure your software stays up to date, the site is secure, and that your website is online and available for visitors. We also include a daily backup of your website for worst case scenarios in addition to other daily maintenance and security features. These are all tasks that we perform without you asking. Of course, we’re on call to complete any requests you might have and answer questions as well.
Our turnaround time for website requests is typically 24 hours (1 business day). If your requests are going to take longer, we’ll let you know. Some requests are very straight forward and we can complete 20 tasks within an hour. Other requests are more complex where one single request could take longer. Either way, we’ll let you know when it’s done or what to expect.
Yep! We offer fully managed hosting. If you’d like us to manage your website hosting in addition to your website itself, we can do it. A vast majority of our clients choose this option so everything is in one place – hosting, management and security.
If your management plan includes personal support and monthly time, you can use it in a number of ways. You can use monthly support time towards having us make website edits, fixes or design changes at your request. You can also use your monthly time towards phone calls if you’d like to discuss something, get advice, or have a consultation about a cool new idea you might have.
Even if you don’t need something, your website does. Like anything else, a website will eventually fall apart if it isn’t maintained properly. We perform regular website maintenance and security every month as part of every management plan.
